Local Machine Certificates Store

You can open the LocalMachine certificates stores by using the Microsoft Manamgement Console (MMC) and adding the Certificates snap-in. An alternative way is to download the LocalMachine.msc.xml file below (right-click on the link and click on Save Target As... from the pop-up menu, otherwise the file will display in the web browser. Note that the file only contains printable characters).

You will have to remove the .xml extension to make it into an MMC file. You can then right-click to display a pop-up menu and click on Run as administrator... to open your LocalMachine certifcates stores.

In most cases, you will be better off using Powershell to install certificates into the LocalMachine certificates stores.
